Thank you for shopping with Wick n Willow. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and ship your orders. By placing an order at wicknwillow.com, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales, product launches, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Because our catalog includes items fulfilled by different suppliers, processing times can vary by product. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that it can take 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after a label is created.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the product and your location. As a general guide:
- Domestic (United States): approximately 5–12 business days from the date of shipment.
- Certain specialty or supplier-fulfilled items: may take up to 2–4 weeks to arrive.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control are not included in these estimates.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination before you complete your purchase. From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be reflected automatically at checkout when eligible.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address associated with your order. You can use this number to follow your package's progress. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at keronkanpainting@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Address and Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at keronkanpainting@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier first, then contact us so we can help.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at keronkanpainting@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to make it right.
For packages that appear genuinely lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
7. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund of the product cost (less original shipping charges). Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is offered at checkout for your location, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
